Hi Karen,
I wanted to send you a note and thank you so much for all your efforts. We had a terrific time on our trip in China, and the China Highlights portion was a huge reason for that. Everything went so well, and all the segments were amazing in their own way. My only suggestion is that you strongly encourage travelers against entering Hong Kong via train. Our experience in the Shenzen train station (and entering Hong Kong at that point) was very nerve- wracking. Even so, the trip was great, overall!

Here are my comments on the trip. We had a fabulous time--it was the perfect way to see China! We thoroughly enjoyed the entire thing! Thank you so much for all of your help. Your prompt responses and useful information really made me feel comfortable as I was planning and ordering our trip through China Highlights. For most of us, the Forbidden City was an unforgettable and mesmerizing place. The architecture was amazing, and we thoroughly enjoyed our guide's explanations.This is a difficult question to answer because we thought that all of our guides were wonderful. They were all so accommodating, professional, and knowledgeable. But if we had to choose one guide as the most outstanding, it would be our Beijing guide, Samantha. She was so knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, and she seemed to have particularly good timing when she explained things and helped us move throughout the tour. Da wir anschliessend an die Chinareise noch Badeferien machten, kann ich Ihren Brief erst heute beantworten. Hoffentlich geht es Ihnen gut. Vorab m?chten wir Ihnen noch danken für die sehr gut organisierte Chinareise, die uns ausserordentlich gut gefallen hat.

Eigentlich war das meiste sehr beeindruckend. Vor allem haben uns die Han Gr?ber und die Terracotta Armee beeindruckt. Aber auch der Himmelstempel in Beijing war sehr beeindruckend. Die Zugfahrt von Beijing nach Xian war tadellos.

Max in Peking hat uns durch seine Sprachkenntnisse sehr beeindruckt. Aber in Chongqing waren wir auch sehr beeindruckt von unserem Reiseleiter, der uns in so kurzer Aufenthaltszeit so viel zeigen konnte: Tierpark mit Pandab?ren, ein Museum mit alten Chinam?beln, Vermittlung eines Eindruckes der riesigen Stadt….wie er für uns eincheckte, und wir das Museum fertig besichtigen konnten.

Dear Sunny,
The Yangtse River Cruise was the unforgettable attraction of our trip. In Guilin, HE LE as 'Renaud ' was very friendly, competent, I think he make our Guilin stay a very lasting souvenir. I would say that WU Wei as 'Sabine' was very appreciate by the group in Shanghai. Except the Lu Shan Hotel in shenzhen, all the hotels were comfortable and meet 4 stars standard. The Lu shan hotel has old rooms, it was incredible to hear all nights the noise of the streets, or the neighbor room. In USA, the Lu Shan Hotel rooms would be rated 2-3 stars. Of course we recommend your company to my friends or colleagues We had very greats moments in china and very appreciate the perfect way we had in our trip.
