Opened in 1989 and refurbished in 2005, the Hotel Kunlun is the proud Beijing flagship hotel of Shanghai-based Jinjiang International Hotel Management Corporation. Hotel Kunlun's commitment to luxury and excellence is especially evident today. the Hotel Kunlun is located near the exit of the Express Road of the Capital Airport.
The Hotel Kunlun has 700 guestrooms for this 29-floor building. Each guestrooms have been upgraded and furnished to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of even the most discerning of travelers. Standard guestroom features include high-speed broadband Internet access and international television stations. As well, the Hotel boasts over 15 different types of rooms, including a specially themed Chinese Suite, a Japanese Suite, and a French Suite, as well as the magnificent seven-room Kunlun Suite. There are many diffent kinds of restaurants in the hotel and its Shanghai cusine is the most famous.
The Hotel officially opened its doors to the public in 1989, and by 1996 had garnered recognition by two prestigious organizations: the China National Tourism Administration named Kunlun on the China's 50 Best Hotels, while the American Academy of Restaurant and Hospitality Sciences presented Hotel Kunlun with its 36th Five Star Diamond Award.
