6 steps to Make a Cruise Reservation

Step 1:

Look at the Yangtze Cruise pages to decide cruise routes, ships and sailing schedules, deck plans.

Step 2:

Finding your preferred ship: You have three ways to start your search: When you have a fixed departure date in mind you can browse the schedule or use the search engine to find the ones that fit. Alternatively you can browse the cruise ship page. The ships are sorted by customer favorites, star ranting and the routes they are sailing If you are not totally sure which ship could suit you, feel free to contact one of our travel advisors for help.

Step 3:

After selecting the ship of your choice and reading the itinerary, please click the "Reserve this Ship!" button on the top of the itinerary to get to the booking page. After filling in some necessary details to process your booking our travel advisors will do their best to get the ship requested.

Step 4

: If you want us to book hotels in Chongqing or Yichang, arrival pick-ups, flights, please tell your travel advisors and they will do all that for you based on your special requirements.

Step 5:

We will then send you a payment form. A deposit which is equal to 10% of the total of the cruise cost is required at the time of booking. We are now able to offer 3 methods of Payment: Visa or Master Card secure online payment via PayPal, Visa or Master Card by fax, Wire transfer. If you booking is within 30 days before departure of your ship, full payment is required. Please read our terms and conditions for further payment information and cancellation policy.

Step 6:

We will then send you a confirmation letter as the final confirmation of the booking.

Tips

1. It's best to book as early as possible to secure your preferred ship. The Yangtze Cruise trip is very popular and ships fill quickly, especially in peak traveling seasons. Book early to avoid disappointment.
2. There are so fixed piers for your ship to park in Chongqing, Yichang and Wuhan. We suggest that you ask us to arrange transportation to the ship. It is possible to find information about the ships berth by phoning 023-63841342 however no English is available and you may encounter difficulties in obtaining correct information.
